Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the order may be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Apnivo reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability issues, or inaccurate order information.
